How to Start drinking Green Smoothies

You can get a lot in the morning or the night before (whichever is easier for you), and take it during the morning. This way you will be doing a semi-fast after the night fast.

If you have not tried green smoothies, or you have trouble eating vegetables, start adding more fruit than vegetables , and gradually include more proportion of vegetables as you get used to the flavor.

The trick is that it tastes good , so you want to make a smoothie every day and so you get into the habit.
